Delivery Guarantee:
We securely package our tumblers to guarantee a safe delivery, but rest assured that if a tumbler is damaged in transportation, we will always replace it at no cost to you. (just send a picture of the damage).
Shipping Times:
Each tumbler is made to order (inside the United States) and should arrive within 7 to 10 days after the order being placed.
Holiday seasons like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas can cause production times to increase.
Depending on the size of the tumbler you choose, Canada, Australia, and the UK deliveries can occasionally take more than 7 to 10 days.
We are happy to ship our tumblers overseas and we pack and address them appropriately. However, since we have no control over the shipping/postal delivery services in other countries, we are not liable if we send a tumbler to a remote region of the world, and it doesn't arrive or takes longer than expected. International Orders can take up to 6 weeks for them to arrive.
Please be advised that there will be a $9.90 postage charge to reship a tumbler if it is returned due to an inaccurate or inadequate address.
